A sub-domain is an extension of a website domain followed by a period and the website domain itself such as videos.threedubamarketing.com.

You agree that you will not hold Threeduba Marketing™ or any of its representatives legally liable, responsible, or accountable for any damages to you, your machine, or your reputation while visiting any of the Threeduba Marketing™ websites.

Servers
Threeduba Marketing™ has no control over the servers and cannot predict when any site on the Threeduba Marketing™ network will be down or for how long. Server maintenance is performed by the hosting company that Threeduba Marketing™ is using not Threeduba Marketing™ themselves. If a site appears to be down or not responding, please be patient and check that site at a later time.

On a side note: You can monitor your favorite websites and see if and when they are down using email by simply registering with a company called, "Free Web Monitoring".

Health
You recognize that all articles related to health found on the Threeduba Marketing™ network are gathered from other sources. Each article represents the advice or opinion of the author NOT that of Threeduba Marketing™ or its representatives.

Videos
Any video played on the Threeduba Marketing™ network is either owned by Threeduba Marketing™ or is being used with permission via embed link or written consent.

You are expected to be courteous and respectful in all forums. You are expected to follow the posted rules or guidelines which may change at anytime. You will not hold Threeduba Marketing™ or its representatives liable, responsible, or accountable for anything written by you or about you. Anything offensive will be removed by the staff as soon as noticed. Please, alert staff if you notice something offensive so it can be removed.

Chat rooms
You are expected to act courteous and respectful while visiting the chat room environment. You must follow the rules or guidelines established before entering the chat room environment. Music
Threeduba Marketing™ has a copy of all music played on the network. Music shall only be removed at the written request of the copyright holder. The copyright holder must provide some form of proof that they indeed own the copyright. However, if our music contract is signed by the musicians/artists then we will honor the agreed terms on that contract over any other terms.

Threeduba Marketing™ products are sold on Zazzle™. Zazzle™ will handle all the transactions as far as purchasing, packaging, shipping, and money. No others are authorized to sale Threeduba Marketing™ products except for of course Threeduba Marketing™ itself.

Link Directory
The links in the Threeduba Marketing™ Link Directory have been checked upon submission. Threeduba Marketing™ cannot be held responsible or accountable as to what happens when you willing click a link to be taken to someone else's website. The link may change at some point on the other website and lead you to something different than described or a page saying the website no longer exists. Email Subscriptions
Threeduba Marketing™ may offer email newsletters on one or many of the sites on the network. No email subscription shall intersect.
